Corporate events can require a tailored approach, distinct from weddings or private parties, and can vary greatly in nature

We have the capability to support these sorts of events with more than just our live music performances utilising our vast experience, knowhow and adaptability

 

Whether a formal black tie event or perhaps a more quirky gathering for your team, we can provide you with some amazing live music to suit the occasion â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

So whether it is the pomp and splendour of Alexandra Palace, a lorry back at a paper mill or the refectory area at a research institute we are more than happy to adapt what we do to suit our clients desires

Formal and Professional

If you are hosting or organising a formal corporate event, such as an awards dinner, exhibition or celebration we can provide

  • Up to 3 hours of live music 

  • Live piano music for a drinks reception

  • High quality sound system for events of up to 1000 guests

  • Stage and dancefloor lighting 

  • Additional sound equipment for side events and support with AV requirements

  • Early arrival, set up and soundcheck so we are clear by the time guests arrive

  • Supply of background music where required 

  • Radio mics for speeches or for your MC

  • Support for other acts or activities 

  • Professional appearance during the event 

  • Consultation prior to booking to scope out requirements

  • A hassle free experience from start to finish

Relaxed and Adaptable

For less formal events, team gatherings or away days where something more creative is required we are happy to assist or help host the evening entertainment. Options include 

  • Adaptable set up options in 'non-stage' environments 

  • MC services

  • Support for other acts, speeches, presentations 

  • Bandeoke or Karaoke capabilities (please enquire for more info) 

  • Liaison with venues or facilities teams ahead of the event

  • Customisation to fit in with the theme of the event  

  • Consultation prior to booking to scope out requirement

  • Collaboration once booked to assist your planning 

What Do We Cost?

Every corporate event is different and what you may require from us may vary greatly from the standard. But as an indication, our fee typically start at £1200 which will provide you with:  

  • 3 hours of live music 

  • All music equipment, sound system and stage lighting

  • Early arrival, set up and soundcheck so we are clear by the time guests arrive

  • Supply of background music during the event

  • Radio mics for speeches

  • Consultation prior to booking to scope out requirements
