Keyboards & Slide Guitar

Allen plays keyboards and slide guitar on occaision as well as adding backing vocals. He has been known to do an occaisional lead vocal but only in self-defence.

History:

Allen has been playing since the stone age and has been in more bands than he can count including Skiffle, Country, Southern Rock, Jazz, Latin, Pop and so on. He toured briefly with a female singer doing classical and light opera and also provided a bit of Hammond on an album by a reasonably well known female rock star. 

Influences:

70's rock such as CCS and Blood, Sweat & Tears and basically any music with cojones.

Other Musical Talents:

Apart from Keyboards, Allen also plays the guitar, bass, slide guitar, a bit of flute, a tiny bit of fiddle, harmonica, mandolin, bluegrass banjo and bagpipes.
